Anyone who has tried to mount the wider wolf wheels to the spare tyre mount on the Series Land Rover bonnets will know it can’t be done with any Land Rover part, so we decided to make one.
Our clamp plate is galvanised and has 3 conical buffers that locate in the rim's tapered wheel nut holes. The 2 supplied custom-made bolts have the same BSF thread as the originals and screw into the original threaded holes on the bonnet mount to secure the wheel.
Our part requires no modification of the original Land Rover bonnet mount, although you will need to move (or add extra) buffers to protect the paint, depending on your tyres.
