This is our reproduction of the rear section of the Series 2 2a & 3, 88” Land Rover’s chassis rail. Our rear chassis rails are 23” (588mm) long, giving you maximum flexibility on where to locate the join. Like the originals, they are designed to extend approximately 4” (100mm) into the rear crossmember. The RHS variant of this part has the penetration for the chassis wiring harness.

We have the correct number and letter punches for stamping the Land Rover chassis number. If you require your chassis number pre-stamped on the LHS spring hanger, select that option from the drop-down menu and send us an email with your chassis number and suffix letter, including case.
